Ethyl Ester of β-Apo-8'-Carotenoic Acid

Ethyl ester of β-apo-8'-carotenoic acid is a natural carotenoid in the floras of yellow colourant, mainly used to improve the color of egg yolk, skin and shank of broilers. It is frequently used with canthaxanthin.

  • Enhance pigmentation, effective yellow colourant for egg yolk;
  • Improve the pigmentation of broiler skin, shanks and subcutaneous fat;
  • Often coupled with canthaxanthin to make better pigmentation;
