- Fermentation: We apply the latest, top-notch fermentation technology in our process to ensure stability of fermentation. NHU applies online tail gas inspection, keeping us aware of the process and adjust accordingly. We uses large-size fermenters to improve efficiency and lower the cost. We can save about 12% of steam.
- Extraction: NHU employs advanced filtering system for concentration. Our processes are continuous and the concentration remains stable, we save up about 700m³ per day. In addition, our purification process feature higher automation level, lowering the ingredient costs and waste discharge, suitable for saving costs to a great extent.
